About the Role

For an experienced professional seeking a challenging opportunity, we invite you to apply for our Contracts Manager position. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing contract documentation, ensuring effective project execution, and championing contract policy revisions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the legal department to organize, draft, and negotiate contracts and subcontracts.
  • Drive the contracting process and serve as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders and customers.
  • Manage surety and bond requests, invoice tracking, and construction licenses.
  • Assist with insurance claims and certificate of insurance requests.
  • Maintain contract document organization, including version control, updating, and security.
  • Review and summarize key commercial terms from contracts and subcontracts.
  • Recognize and analyze project risk by complying with risk management policies.
  • Support the legal department and project teams with change management, including change order review and compliance.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5-8 years' experience working with contracts and subcontracts, preferably in the construction industry.
  • Bachelor's degree in a business-related field.
  • Valid Driver's License and ability to drive on behalf of the company.

Salary Range: $113,815 - $161,135 per year.
