Core Responsibilities:
Technical Support: Deliver thorough assistance for Robertshaw products, including troubleshooting and diagnosing issues through various communication channels.
Client Engagement: Collaborate with customers and field technicians to identify challenges, propose solutions, and ensure effective problem resolution.
Product Expertise: Maintain current knowledge of the latest products and industry developments to provide precise and relevant support.
Training and Development: Facilitate the training and onboarding of new technicians or support personnel regarding Robertshaw products.
Interdepartmental Collaboration: Partner with other teams to address and resolve customer and technical challenges.
Quality Control: Ensure that all support delivered aligns with company standards and meets customer expectations for quality and professionalism.
Qualifications:
Education: A high school diploma or equivalent is required; a technical diploma or degree in HVAC technology, mechanical engineering, or a related discipline is preferred.
Experience: A minimum of 3 years in HVAC technical support or a comparable role, with practical experience in diagnosing and repairing HVAC systems.
Certifications: Relevant HVAC certifications (e.g., EPA Certification) are preferred.
Skills:
- Robust technical knowledge of HVAC systems, components, and troubleshooting methodologies.
- Exceptional communication abilities to convey technical information to non-technical audiences.
- Proficiency in utilizing support software and tools.
