Job Description
As a Document Control Coordinator at Strike, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of project documentation. Your primary responsibility will be to coordinate and execute document control processes as defined in the Document Control Procedures and Project Execution plans for assigned projects.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of pertinent experience in Material Management, Expediting, Requisition Processes, and Purchase Order development. Experience in Oil & Gas related projects is highly preferred.

You will be responsible for maintaining project document/information plan(s) for the project(s), ensuring alignment with in-house processes and procedures as well as client specific requirements. This includes establishing and maintaining document control management systems between office and client, identifying/actioning any project level deviations from the procedures as related to document control, issuing project level document control reports as requested, recording all incoming and outgoing transmittals and filing in accordance with the project file system, and ensuring the latest revision of all documents produced for the project are recorded and distributed to all concerned parties.

A competitive salary of $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience, is offered. The position also comes with benefits, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
