Drill Press Operator

We are seeking a skilled Drill Press Operator to join our team at Regal Rexnord. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for manually spherical lap inner diameters to planning instructions or drawing requirements using a conventional drill press.
Key Responsibilities- Operate a conventional drill press per lead's instructions
- Make necessary machine adjustments, such as simple time and pressure corrections, to maintain part target size
- Understand basic machining measurements, necessary for stock removal, and measure parts with a caliper and check threads with a thread gage
- Follow verbal and written instructions on printed work orders
- Communicate process information back to the lead for process improvement
- Perform other duties as assigned, including lifting at least 25 lbs and working in a high-paced active environment
- Safety-conscious and able to work in a team environment
- Ability to work in a high-paced active environment
- Desirable experience, capabilities, and success factors include being a team player, contributing towards improving cell processes, and working in a high-paced active environment
