Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Manufacturing Specialist to join our team in Newark, CA. As a key member of our production operations, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient and high-quality manufacturing of our products.

Responsibilities
  • Operate multiple coating and dispensing machines to meet customer specifications.
  • Maintain accurate records of production processes and ensure compliance with quality control standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for process improvements and implement changes as needed.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance technical skills and knowledge.
  • Support the Production Manager in planning, organizing, and controlling daily operations.
Requirements
  • Prior experience in manufacturing or a related field is highly desirable.
  • Demonstrate ability to lift up to 20 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail are essential for success in this role.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills are required for effective collaboration with colleagues.
  • Familiarity with ISO-9001/ISO-14001/ISO-13485 certification is a plus.
Compensation and Benefits
