Job Title: Program Coordinator, Arches Program

The Center for Justice Innovation is seeking a highly motivated and organized Program Coordinator to support the Arches Program. The Program Coordinator will work closely with the Project Director and team to manage the day-to-day operations of the program, ensuring its success and impact.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage program operations, including scheduling, logistics, and communication with stakeholders.
  • Provide administrative support to the Project Director and team, including data entry, report preparation, and correspondence.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with community partners, service providers, and program participants.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of program strategies and initiatives.
  • Conduct outreach and engagement activities to promote the program and its services.
  • Collaborate with the team to identify and address program challenges and opportunities.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as social work, education, or non-profit management.
  • At least 3 years of experience in program coordination, administration, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
