Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Biomedical Technician Senior to join our team at Gundersen Health System. As a key member of our Biomedical Technology and Healthcare Technology Management team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the optimal performance of medical imaging equipment.

Responsibilities
  • Perform preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair on a variety of imaging equipment, including MRI, PET, CT, and Portable Scanners.
  • Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and implement an effective repair solution.
  • Stay up to date on the latest imaging technology and industry best practices.
Requirements
  • Associate degree in Biomedical Electronics, Biomedical Equipment Technology, or a similar program.
  • Four years of experience maintaining and performing diagnostic work to medical equipment.
  • Valid Driver's License (DL).
  • Familiarity with medical equipment and electronic part identification is preferred but not required.
