As a systems specialist on our team, you will translate client requirements into automated solutions. Your role will involve assisting clients in navigating complex issues through effective monitoring and performance optimization. Your expertise will be crucial in pinpointing areas for enhancement within a critical operational network. Your ability to communicate effectively will enable you to transform data into actionable insights and convey their significance.

This position offers the chance to gain hands-on experience in cloud technologies and the Atlassian suite. You Have:

  • 2+ years of experience in supporting and managing Jira
  • 1+ years of experience in developing and maintaining Jira automations and workflows
  • 1+ years of experience with scripting languages, such as Python, Java, or Groovy
  • Secret clearance
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Ability to obtain DoD 8570 IAT Level II or IAT Level III Certification within 30 days of start date

Nice If You Have:

  • Experience with deploying applications into Kubernetes via Helm
  • Experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS)
  • Experience in developing, maintaining, and troubleshooting CI/CD pipelines using Gitlab
  • Experience in administering Linux or Windows Server

Clearance:
