Travel Registered Nurse RN Ambulatory Care Specialist

At Emory Healthcare, we are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse RN to join our team as a Travel Registered Nurse RN Ambulatory Care Specialist. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our organization.
Job Summary:We are looking for a capable Registered Nurse RN who has acquired broad experience in caring for patients and has developed a sound understanding about the care of a particular patient population. The ideal candidate will be able to deliver safe, dependable, and effective care to patients independently, utilizing the nursing process.
Responsibilities:- Deliver safe, dependable, and effective care to patients independently, utilizing the nursing process
- Apply the Synergy Model for Care in practice and use this knowledge to personalize care for each patient/family
- Communicate effectively and respectfully with the patient, the patient's family, and other members of the healthcare team
- Document the nursing process accurately and in the appropriate format
- Utilize patient/family input and goals in planning the plan of care
- Evaluate patient's response to planned care and adjust the plan of care as appropriate
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
- 2.5 years of recent and relevant nursing experience in specialty area within past five years
