Hospital Care at Home Program Overview
Mercy Clinic Physician Recruitment is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to join the Hospital Care at Home program in St. Louis. As part of our mission to transform the care experience, we launched this innovative program in partnership with Maribel Health.
The role of the Advanced Practitioner will be in the hospital setting, screening patients who qualify for this new program. Responsibilities include Emergency Room consults, screening patients, admissions, and some rounding.

Requirements
- Current licensure as a Nurse Practitioner in the state of Missouri
- Experience in emergency medicine or a related field
