Responsibilities
  • Welcome guests and ensure a seamless dining experience
  • Ensure a clean and organized dining area, including floors, tables, and windows
  • Assist guests with any inquiries or requests, providing exceptional customer service
  • Clean and maintain the restroom to the highest standards
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve our goals and objectives
  • Adhere to Chick-fil-A standards and expectations
Requirements
  • Must be available to work Monday - Friday, 9a - 3pm and/or 5pm - 10:30pm
  • Reliable and consistent, with a positive and cheerful demeanor
  • Passionate about serving others and providing exceptional customer service
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to multitask and work independently
  • Physically capable of standing for long periods and lifting up to 50 lbs
