Job Title: Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team at JT Services. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing office operations, and ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide top-notch customer service to our clients, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Manage office operations, including organizing files, maintaining records, and coordinating with other departments.
  • Assist with scheduling appointments, meetings, and events, ensuring seamless communication and coordination.
  • Monitor and maintain office supplies, ensuring adequate stock levels and minimizing waste.
  • Identify and resolve office-related issues, such as equipment malfunctions and supply shortages.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure compliance with established policies and procedures.
  • Develop and maintain trusting relationships with suppliers, customers, and colleagues.
  • Perform receptionist duties as needed, including answering phones and greeting visitors.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a customer-facing role, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of office software and equipment, including Microsoft Office and QuickBooks.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines, with a positive and professional attitude.
