Team RequirementsOur goal is to hire between 6 to 8 culinary experts for the hotline, pantry, and pastry sections.
Food Preparation StandardsThe dishes will consist of simple yet refined components (3-5 elements) that must be prepared with utmost care and precision. This is not a takeout establishment; we do not offer wraps or sandwiches.
Volume and QualityWe anticipate a high volume of service (300+ covers), while maintaining the highest culinary standards.
Menu HighlightsOur offerings will include whole fish, premium cuts of meat, and a variety of seafood such as lobster and scallops. Therefore, familiarity with fish cookery is highly desirable.
Kitchen EquipmentThe kitchen is equipped with Rational ovens, so experience with this equipment will provide a significant advantage in the hiring process.
