About the Role

As a Pediatric Health Nurse with Thrive Skilled Pediatric Care LLC, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional patient care in a home setting. You will work closely with our patients and their families to develop personalized care plans, ensuring that each child receives the best possible care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide one-on-one care to medically fragile children in their homes
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on best practices in pediatric care

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • A current, valid RN or LVN license
  • Current CPR certification
  • Experience working with medically fragile children (preferred but not required)
