Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Pediatric Home Health Nurse to join our team. As a Pediatric Home Health Nurse, you will provide direct, one-on-one medical care to infants, children, and adolescents in their homes. Your primary focus will be on the medical needs and treatment of your patients, working closely with their families to ensure the best possible outcomes.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct on-going patient care and assessments
  • Administration of prescribed medication, treatments, and therapies
  • Coordination of care
  • Educate family members on patient clinical care to enhance positive outcomes
  • Preventative initiatives to protect quality of care for patient
