Job Title: Licensed Vocational Nurse

We are seeking a skilled Licensed Vocational Nurse to join our team at Willows Post Acute. As a Licensed Vocational Nurse, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality nursing care to our residents, ensuring their physical and emotional well-being.

Responsibilities:
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
  • Conduct daily rounds to assess resident status and provide care
  • Monitor resident care provided by unlicensed staff and maintain confidentiality of resident information
  • Promote a culture of safety and ensure a healthy practice environment
Requirements:
  • Current licensure to practice as a Licensed Vocational Nurse in the state
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Basic knowledge of computer use or willingness to learn
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) environment
  • Nursing experience providing direct care to multiple residents
  • Behavioral care / memory care experience
  • Experience with Point Click Care (PCC)
