We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Maintenance Technician to join our team at ICD Melting Solutions, LLC. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our industrial equipment and machinery.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine preventative maintenance tasks on industrial machinery to prevent breakdowns and ensure optimal performance.
- Inspect and repair equipment as needed to minimize downtime and maintain productivity.
- Troubleshoot complex mechanical problems and safely restore equipment to proper operating condition.
- Read and interpret blueprints and layout instructions to fabricate and rebuild equipment components.
- Collaborate with colleagues to identify and implement process improvements and optimize equipment performance.
- Perform welding and burning functions in a safe and efficient manner.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, and maintain a safe and healthy work environment.
Requirements
- Technical degree or minimum of 3-5 years' experience in mechanical maintenance.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
- Basic computer skills and understanding of computer systems.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
