Job Summary

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to provide high-quality patient care in our ICU. As an ICU RN, you will be responsible for assessing patient needs, developing individualized care plans, and implementing interventions to achieve desirable outcomes.

Responsibilities
  • Assess patient needs and identify expected nursing outcomes
  • Develop an individualized nursing plan of care
  • Implement interventions as needed during treatment based on the plan of care
  • Evaluate care and patient response to interventions and expected outcomes
  • Use communication strategies to achieve desirable outcomes
  • Coordinate care with members of the health care team and delegate responsibilities to others as appropriate
  • Demonstrate the ability to advance care by utilizing standards, guidelines, care pathways, and continuous improvement to enhance patient outcomes
  • Promote a culture of evidence-based practice (EBP) by participating in available opportunities
Qualifications
  • Basic Life Support Through Health Care Providers
  • One year RN Critical Care or Intermediate Care Experience
  • Degree in Nursing
  • RN License
  • Preferred qualifications: Previous Critical Care experience, Preceptor experience, Telemetry experience, ACLS, Bachelors Degree in Nursing
