Job SummaryWe are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to provide high-quality patient care in our ICU. As an ICU RN, you will be responsible for assessing patient needs, developing individualized care plans, and implementing interventions to achieve desirable outcomes.
Responsibilities- Assess patient needs and identify expected nursing outcomes
- Develop an individualized nursing plan of care
- Implement interventions as needed during treatment based on the plan of care
- Evaluate care and patient response to interventions and expected outcomes
- Use communication strategies to achieve desirable outcomes
- Coordinate care with members of the health care team and delegate responsibilities to others as appropriate
- Demonstrate the ability to advance care by utilizing standards, guidelines, care pathways, and continuous improvement to enhance patient outcomes
- Promote a culture of evidence-based practice (EBP) by participating in available opportunities
- Basic Life Support Through Health Care Providers
- One year RN Critical Care or Intermediate Care Experience
- Degree in Nursing
- RN License
- Preferred qualifications: Previous Critical Care experience, Preceptor experience, Telemetry experience, ACLS, Bachelors Degree in Nursing
