Job Title: Associate Director, Automation COE

Job Summary:

KPMG is seeking an experienced Associate Director to join our Automation COE organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining applications to meet end-user requirements, as well as creating detailed test plans, debugging plans, launch, and rollout plans.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work with internal and external stakeholders to gather requirements and develop PowerApps, Power Automate, Power Flow, Power BI, Power Fabric, Dataverse, and other Power Platform tools.
  • Create and maintain reports and other required items like screens, dashboards, and more to display data and other information for the business.
  • Partner with and mentor Automation COE teams performing technical tasks related to development and management of automations.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of the RPA CoE's methodologies and tools, and guide other developers in best practices for secure Power Platform development.
  • Manage and support existing solutions with KPMG environments, utilizing approved software and tools to follow Secure Software Development Lifecycle methodologies.

Requirements:

  • Minimum five years of recent, hands-on experience with RPA platforms - Automation Anywhere.
  • Minimum three years of recent, hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform, Power BI, Dataverse.
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university or higher in information technology, computer science, or equivalent experience.
  • Understanding and hands-on experience in secure design, development, and implementation on Microsoft technologies, including Microsoft DevOps, GitHub, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, Azure AD.
