Executive Assistant

Oriol Health Care Inc is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to provide administrative support to the President/CEO. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in administrative support, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Scheduling and calendar management
- Coordinating travel arrangements
- Preparing and editing correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents
- Conducting research and compiling data for reports
- Serving as a liaison between the executive and other staff members
Requirements:
- Educational: Associates degree in business administration or related field preferred.
- Experience: 3-5 years of experience in mid- to senior-level administration, business, management, or related field preferred.
Essential Skills:
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
- Experience in scheduling appointments and managing calendars.
- Proficient in creating financial reports and coordinating efforts.
- Skilled in event planning and material development.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent time management and prioritization skills.
- Valid driver's license and safe driving record preferred.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with multiple tasks.
- Able to organize and manage files, tasks, schedules, and information efficiently.
- Self-directed and capable of working independently.
- Energetic and enthusiastic about new projects.
- Comfortable in both leadership and team-player roles.
- Able to handle clerical duties, answer calls, maintain files, and organize documents.
