Telecommunications Network Specialist

The Telecommunications Engineer develops and maintains the telecommunications infrastructure and network components. This role involves analyzing networks and equipment to improve optimization and maximize network performance.
Key Responsibilities- Participate in assessments and troubleshooting to resolve technical issues with voice networks and telephony systems.
- Review designs, estimate costs, and perform installations of voice network configuration changes.
- Collaborate with voice network architects on VoIP network optimization.
- Log and follow up on service provider trouble tickets.
- Train and support end users on VoIP-related devices, software, and peripherals.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 1 year of experience in telecommunications engineering.
