Job DescriptionWe are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Substance Abuse Rehabilitation Specialist to join our team at our Warrior Lodge Campus located in Warrior, AL. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in guiding individuals on their path to recovery from substance abuse.
- Act as a professional and ethical role model to patients and staff.
- Provide comprehensive orientation, professional development, and training of Behavioral Health Techs as directed by the Clinical Support Supervisor.
- Monitor therapeutic environment and milieu, ensuring that programming is conducted according to schedule.
To be successful in this role, you must have:
- A valid driver's license and good driving record.
- An undergraduate degree in Behavioral Science or C.A.C. preferred.
- 1 year experience in alcohol/drug treatment with direct patient contact required.
You will work in a fast-paced environment with constant state-of-alertness to perform your job safely. Regular attendance and participation in supervisory meetings and clinical staffing are essential.
