Job SummaryWe are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to provide high-quality patient care in our Orthopedic Unit. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in orthopedic nursing and excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care to patients with orthopedic conditions, including elective total joint replacement, trauma, and orthopedic oncology.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Conduct thorough assessments, identify patient needs, and develop effective interventions to promote optimal patient outcomes.
- Participate in unit-based quality initiatives and contribute to the development of clinical practice guidelines.
- Provide education and support to patients and families to promote health and wellness.
- Current Massachusetts RN license required.
- Minimum 1 year of recent RN experience in orthopedic nursing.
- BSN preferred.
