Job Overview

The Logistics Coordinator at LIOHER Enterprise Corp is responsible for managing inventory and logistics operations. This role involves strategically planning the logistics of customer orders and coordinating the flow of materials while ensuring adherence to quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations of warehouse personnel.
  • Collaborate with the Nationwide Logistics Manager to establish distribution and transportation policies, ensuring timely and condition-compliant product delivery.
  • Plan and manage distribution and transportation activities.
  • Monitor and enhance operational performance to minimize time and costs.
  • Develop and manage internal logistics processes.
  • Maintain the company's Operational Command Control Panel related to logistics and transportation.
  • Implement a continuous improvement system for logistics processes.
  • Review and process new internal orders in the ERP system for fulfillment.
  • Coordinate fulfillment workflows with LC Branch Managers, taking into account deadlines and priorities.
  • Ensure accurate traceability of materials and orders.
  • Calculate inventory accuracy in collaboration with the LC Branch Manager.
  • Schedule shipping appointments with carriers for internal shipments.
  • Maintain effective communication with company branches and the Nationwide Logistics Manager regarding order statuses and emerging situations.
  • Perform additional related duties as assigned.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Proficient time management skills with a proven track record of meeting deadlines.
  • Robust analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and related software.
  • Experience with computerized distribution systems.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish.

Education and Experience:

  • High school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • A minimum of two years of experience in a shipping warehouse or a similar environment is required.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to sit for extended periods while working on a computer.
  • Must be capable of lifting up to 15 pounds at a time.
