About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced mental health professional to join our team as an Assistant Clinic Director at Ellie Mental Health - 124. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a vital role in overseeing the performance and operation of our clinic, ensuring the delivery of high-quality mental health services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with hiring and recruiting talented clinicians to join our team
  • Manage clinic performance and client satisfaction, ensuring we meet our goals and exceed expectations
  • Provide training and ongoing developmental support to our clinicians, helping them to grow and thrive in their roles
  • Meet fiscal goals and contribute to the financial success of the clinic
  • Assist with marketing clinical services and building community partnerships and referrals
  • Maintain a reasonable client caseload, scheduling at least 20 clients weekly

Requirements
  • Masters Degree or higher education in mental health discipline
  • Independently licensed with a Missouri issued clinical practice license (LPC, LMFT, LCSW)
  • 3+ years of leadership experience preferred
  • Ability and openness to supervise clinicians for board approved licensing
