Hospice Care Coordinator

As a Hospice Care Coordinator at National HME, Inc., you will play a vital role in ensuring seamless care delivery to our patients and their families. Your primary responsibility will be to communicate with Medical Service Technicians (MSTs) and route all stops per hospice request.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Schedule orders and dispatch daily tasks
  • Enter data accurately and efficiently
  • Provide estimated times of arrival to hospice/family members
  • Dispatch multiple areas as needed
  • Perform other daily office duties

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • At least six months of industry-related work experience
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
