Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and generate new customers with visibly bad roofs that require replacement
  • Clearly communicate and explain our products, diagnosing visible issues while at the customer's home
  • Work closely with in-home sales representatives to schedule appointments
  • Provide respectful and personalized interactions with customers
  • Develop the ability to handle rejection and success with personal growth
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in sales or canvassing is a plus
  • Personable and fast-thinking individual
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Reliable transportation
Compensation:

$18 an hour starting pay, plus 1-3% commission DOE (average commission ranges $540-$1600 per job, with most representatives selling 1-3 jobs per week)
