HealthPRO Heritage, LLC is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Rehabilitation Program Manager to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for the management and administration of all aspects of rehabilitation services for our communities.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and administer all aspects of rehabilitation services, including clinical operations, staff supervision, and budget management.
- Develop and implement effective rehabilitation programs that meet the needs of our customers and partners.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure superior clinical and fiscal integrity.
- Provide education and training to staff on rehabilitation best practices and industry developments.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of rehabilitation programs and make recommendations for improvement.
- Bachelor of Arts or Science Degree or a Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy or Physical Therapy.
- Valid state professional licensure.
- Assumes responsibility for ongoing continuing education and professional development.
- Competitive salary range: $50 - $60 per hour.
- Comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, vision, and 401K.
