Job Title: Engineer I

We are seeking a highly skilled Engineer I to join our Water Discipline team in Portsmouth, NH. As an Engineer I, you will play a key role in the evaluation, design, and construction of municipal wastewater collection and treatment systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work with project managers to prepare engineering studies and design plans.
  • Visit job sites to perform project tasks, including data gathering and condition assessment, field inspections, and construction observation.
  • Conduct engineering design of water facilities, including water treatment plants, pump stations, water supply wells, water mains, and water storage tanks.
  • Develop water system hydraulic models and prepare technical reports.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor of Science or Master of Science degree in Civil/Environmental Engineering.
  • AutoCAD Civil 3D drafting and design skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite software products.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Background in fluid hydraulics or water treatment is a plus.
  • EIT Certification is a plus.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as required.
