Water Systems Engineer Opportunity

Weston & Sampson is seeking a highly skilled Water Systems Engineer to join our Water Discipline team in Portsmouth, NH. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for evaluating, designing, and constructing municipal wastewater collection and treatment systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with project managers to prepare engineering studies and design plans
  • Conduct site visits to gather data, assess conditions, and perform field inspections
  • Develop engineering designs for water facilities, including water treatment plants, pump stations, and water storage tanks
  • Prepare technical reports and hydraulic models for water systems
Requirements:
  • Bachelor of Science or Master of Science degree in Civil/Environmental Engineering
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and Microsoft Office Suite software
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Background in fluid hydraulics or water treatment is a plus
  • EIT Certification is a plus
