Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver curriculum-based life skills programs to youth in a school-based setting.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with school administrators, teachers, and other stakeholders to ensure program success.
  • Conduct needs assessments and program evaluations to inform program development and improvement.
  • Collaborate with community partners to enhance program reach and impact.
  • Provide training and technical assistance to program staff and community partners.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a social service-related field, such as public health, education, or social work.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Experience working in a community-based, youth-oriented organization, preferably in a prevention or health promotion role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Windows, Word, and Excel.
