Key Responsibilities- Assess and evaluate patient care needs, and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team.
- Administer medications, perform medical procedures, and monitor patient vital signs to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Provide education and support to patients and families, promoting health literacy and self-advocacy.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans, ensuring seamless transitions and continuity of care.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives, contributing to the development and implementation of evidence-based practices.
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of Tennessee.
- One year of experience in a NICU or pediatric intensive care unit.
- Level 2 or higher nursery experience required.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
