We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at TriStar NorthCrest Medical Center. As a Travel Registered Nurse, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, providing high-quality patient care and advancing your nursing career.
About the RoleThe Registered Nurse Night Shift-Rehab position is a challenging and rewarding opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, providing care to patients in the rehabilitation unit. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating and delivering patient-centered care, working collaboratively with medical providers and other members of the care team.
Responsibilities- Assess patient condition during admission and during each shift as scheduled, identifying and reporting any changes in patient status.
- Perform procedures, monitoring, or other functions as ordered by the medical provider(s).
- Document the administration of care in the patient medical record in a timely and thorough manner.
- Teach patients, families, and caregivers about patient medical condition, patient status, treatment plan, medications, and possible side effects, and follow-up measures.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- An Associate or Bachelor's degree in Nursing.
- A Registered Nurse License or Graduate Nurse in the State.
- No previous experience needed.
- Some travel may be needed for training.
