  • Maintain precise records of resident information and transactions.
  • Update daily financial activities, including rents, deposits, and application fees.
  • Issue necessary notices for late payments or other compliance matters.
  • Ensure timely deposits of all receipts.
  • Oversee move-out inspections and manage vacancy processes.
  • Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of leasing procedures and resident engagement.
  • Track lease renewals and terminations accurately.
  • Welcome potential clients and assist in leasing efforts.

Qualifications:
  • At least 2 years of experience in multi-family property management.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in administrative and organizational tasks.
  • Ability to present a professional demeanor to residents and stakeholders.
  • Customer service-oriented mindset.
  • Familiarity with technology and software relevant to property management.
  • Capable of preparing and organizing essential documents.
  • Willingness to address issues outside of regular hours when necessary.
  • Accurate time reporting and adherence to company policies.
  • Team player with a commitment to personal development.
