Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • At least 3 years of bartending experience in a fine dining setting; experience in a high-volume bar is preferred.
  • Excellent customer service abilities.
  • High school diploma or equivalent vocational training; college degree is a plus.
  • Detail-oriented approach.
  • Ability to think clearly, remain composed, and resolve issues with sound judgment.
  • Consistent and reliable attendance.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to follow both written and verbal instructions.
  • Physical capability to stand, walk, reach, and occasionally lift up to 20 pounds.
  • Skilled in managing multiple tasks effectively while meeting deadlines.
