About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced NOSC Manager to join our team at ActioNet. As a key member of our IT service delivery team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our network operations center and driving ITIL maturity across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • ITIL Maturity Plan Development: Develop and implement an ITIL maturity plan to drive process improvement and service excellence across the organization.
  • Network Operations Center Management: Manage the day-to-day operations of our network operations center, ensuring seamless incident management, service request fulfillment, and end-user support.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and guide a team of technical staff, providing guidance and direction to ensure the successful delivery of IT services.
  • Customer Communication: Facilitate key customer meetings to understand project statuses, risks, issues, and resource requirements, ensuring effective communication across the program.
  • Operational Escalations: Serve as the primary point of contact for operational escalations, determining root causes and developing corrective action plans to ensure timely resolution.
  • Process Improvement: Identify areas of improvement and develop and deploy ITSM/ITIL improvements to enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • 8+ Years of Experience: Proven experience managing and leading successful network operations centers, with a strong background in IT service management and ITIL.
  • Technical Expertise: Strong technical knowledge of IT infrastructure, network engineering, systems administration, and software applications.
  • Leadership and Communication Skills: Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Certifications: Project Management Institute (PMI) Project Management Professional certification and ITIL 3 or 4 certification.
