Job Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Residential Treatment Specialist to join our team at Dakota Boys and Girls Ranch. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in providing a safe and supportive environment for our youth.

About the Role

As a Residential Treatment Specialist, you will be responsible for guiding and supporting our youth in achieving their goals and developing positive relationships. You will work closely with our team to implement treatment plans, provide supervision and care, and create a warm and welcoming environment that fosters growth and learning.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide individualized support and guidance to our youth, focusing on their strengths and abilities.
  • Implement interventions and treatment plans, evaluating progress and making adjustments as needed.
  • Collaborate with our team to ensure a comprehensive and supportive environment for our youth.
  • Document observations, actions, and behavior of our youth, maintaining accurate records and reports.
Requirements
  • 21 years of age or older.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Pass a background check, including criminal, abuse, and motor vehicle records.
  • Post-secondary studies in social science, psychology, behavioral health, or human service-related fields preferred.
