Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Lawn Care Specialist to join our team at Mr. Lawn. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch lawn care services to our clients, ensuring their lawns and landscapes are healthy, beautiful, and well-maintained.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform a variety of duties including fertilization, weed control, insect and disease control, and customer service.
  • Drive to client properties, perform and manage application tasks, and monitor lawns and landscapes for potential problems.
  • Communicate directly with clients and team members to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Provide professional horticultural consultations to clients and ensure proper seeding, weed control, fertilization, and pest control practices.
  • Proactively seek out new customers and encourage current customers to add enhancement services as appropriate.
  • Ensure communication takes place between customers and employees, and resolve all customer concerns that may arise.
  • Perform minor mechanical troubleshooting on pumps and application equipment to ensure proper calibration.
  • Ensure proper PPE is utilized at all times and manage production in an efficient and timely manner according to customer programs and contracts.
Requirements
  • At least 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the United States.
  • Certified Applicator License holder or able to attain.
  • Positive attitude, self-motivation, and excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to adapt to a constantly changing workplace and handle difficult situations with diplomacy.
  • Commitment to high-quality performance, accuracy, and thoroughness while working safely and efficiently.
  • Maintain good attendance, be consistently on time, and dependable.
Work Environment

This position will be primarily working outdoors on residential and commercial properties, encountering varying weather conditions, temperatures, and environmental factors.
