Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Community Manager in the effective oversight of the apartment community. Assume full responsibilities in the absence of the Community Manager to achieve property goals.
  • Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly reporting, ensuring accurate documentation of rents and deposits.
  • Possess comprehensive knowledge of leasing processes and resident retention strategies.
  • Foster positive customer relations; greet prospective residents, conduct community tours, and perform leasing tasks as necessary.
  • Exhibit self-motivation, high energy, and a commitment to excellence in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment. Ability to work independently and collaboratively is essential.
  • Availability for weekend shifts on a rotating schedule.

Qualifications:

  • Preferred experience in Customer Service.
  • Basic proficiency in computer applications (Microsoft Office, Excel) is required.
  • Experience with Yardi software is preferred.
