Position Overview: Esthetics Clinic Classroom Learning Leader

As an Esthetics Clinic Classroom Learning Leader, you will play a crucial role in shaping the educational journey of our Future Professionals. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Educating and inspiring students in both technical skills and customer service.
  • Creating engaging and impactful learning experiences within the clinic classroom through objective-based education (O.B.E.), interactive mini classes, and well-structured learning centers.

Qualifications and Skills:

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A background in education and practical experience in a salon or spa environment.
  • A minimum of three years holding a current cosmetology, barbering, or esthetics license.
  • Exceptional organizational, coaching, and communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in supervision, teamwork, documentation, and assessing return on investment.
  • A solid professional history with verifiable references.
  • A genuine passion for the beauty industry.
  • Integrity and professionalism in all interactions.
  • Familiarity with the cultural and technical frameworks of Paul Mitchell Schools is advantageous.
