Responsibilities encompass the collection of kitchen items, thorough cleaning of dishes, organizing food deliveries, and ensuring the kitchen remains tidy and efficient. This role provides flexibility and the chance to be an integral part of our dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collecting and sorting used kitchen items and dishes.
- Operating dishwashing machines, including loading and unloading.
- Hand-washing specific items as required.
- Maintaining a sufficient supply of clean dishes and utensils.
- Setting up work areas and assisting with food service.
- Ensuring cleanliness and orderliness in the kitchen environment.
- Promptly reporting any technical issues and inventory needs.
- Regularly sanitizing kitchen areas and disposing of waste.
Communication & Customer Interaction:
- Fostering positive relationships with colleagues and patrons.
- Delivering exceptional customer service both internally and externally.
- Effectively communicating and suggesting improvements.
- Representing the organization in a professional manner at all times.
Safety & Risk Management:
- Adhering to safety protocols and reporting any incidents immediately.

Qualifications:
- Minimum age requirement of 16 years.
- Previous experience in a kitchen setting is advantageous.
- Familiarity with food safety and sanitation practices is preferred.

- Good physical fitness and mobility.
- Mechanical skills and comfort with technology.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends.
Work Hours:
- Part-time role, with less than 30 hours weekly.
- Flexible scheduling, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
