Job Description

Overview

International Friendships, Inc. (IFI) is a faith-based organization dedicated to extending life-changing hospitality and friendship to international college students. We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated individual to join our Indianapolis Ministry Team as a Ministry Leader.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive ministry plan to engage international students on the University of Indianapolis and Purdue University Indianapolis campuses.
  • Recruit, train, and mobilize a team of volunteers to support ministry activities.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with campus staff, organizations, and local churches to promote IFI's mission and values.
  • Develop and maintain financial and prayer partnerships to support the ministry's budgeted needs.
  • Provide spiritual guidance and support to international students, including discipleship relationships and Bible studies.

Requirements

  • Adherence to IFI's statement of faith, core values, and policies.
  • Proven experience in mobilizing, training, and ministering to people.
  • College degree preferred.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google applications.
