The Tennis Assistant is a key member of our team, responsible for creating a warm and welcoming experience for our Members. This role requires a high level of professionalism, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure that all Members and Guests are greeted warmly and checked in promptly.
  • Answer telephones in a courteous and efficient manner, directing calls to the appropriate areas as needed.
  • Stay knowledgeable about Club Policies and procedures to provide accurate information to Members.
  • Connect Members with other Members through ongoing contact and promotion of club activities.
  • Provide personalized service to Members, tailoring interactions to meet their individual needs.
  • Promote the facility's amenities, programs, and services while maintaining a high level of professionalism and service standards.
Requirements
  • Customer service experience, preferably in a hospitality or service-oriented environment.
  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
