Key Responsibilities

Patient Care: Assess patients by physical examination, including diagnostic testing, to determine health status. Administer medications and treatments as ordered by physicians. Participate in care planning to ensure individualized resident care.
Nursing Leadership: Supervise LPNs and certified nursing assistants. Communicate with physicians regarding changes in resident conditions and test results. Document assessments and care in compliance with standards of care and company policy.
Educational Requirements: Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing. Valid State licensure as an LPN. Current CPR certification.
