Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

● Basic knowledge of various electrical systems ranging from 480v to 765kV, including generation, transmission, distribution theory, uninterruptible power supplies, and renewable energy sources.

● Ability to formulate personal sales strategies with management support to meet sales targets.

● Proficient in professional technical sales across all customer levels, from novices to experts in the electrical sector.

● Commitment to continuous learning and adaptation to emerging customer needs in the energy sector.

● Strong organizational, communication, presentation, and problem-solving abilities are essential.

● Capable of understanding customer needs, analyzing requirements, and developing suitable solutions independently or collaboratively.

● Ability to effectively address customer inquiries and concerns.

Work Environment:

● Willingness to relocate within a specified radius of the regional office.

● Work involves close proximity to live electrical substations.

● A combination of office work, remote tasks, and customer visits is expected.

● Minimal overnight travel may be required.

● Availability for calls and travel outside standard business hours is necessary.

Educational and Professional Experience:

● Familiarity with specialized equipment and diagnostic techniques for electrical distribution systems is preferred, though training will be provided.

● Previous experience in electrical service sales with a background in technical services and knowledge of the testing industry is advantageous.

● Capability to achieve relevant certifications within a specified timeframe.

● Minimum of three years of sales experience in electrical industrial sectors, including construction, maintenance, testing, commissioning, or repair.

Additional Requirements:

● Successful completion of pre-employment background checks and drug testing is required.

● A valid driver's license is mandatory.

● Willingness to obtain necessary training certifications as required by the company.
