Job Overview

Verterra Energy is seeking an experienced Electrical Engineering Manager to lead our electrical team in the development of innovative power electronics and microelectronics solutions. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing electrical vendors, leading the development of multiple scales of generators and electronics, and contributing to the design and analysis of electrical systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and mentor a team of electrical engineers
  • Lead the development of power electronics and microelectronics solutions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and analyze electrical systems
  • Manage electrical vendors and suppliers
  • Contribute to the development of electrical system components and specifications

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of professional experience in electrical engineering
  • At least 2 years of experience managing engineers
  • Strong knowledge of power electronics and microelectronics
  • Experience with electrical system design and analysis
  • Ability to contribute as an IC in respect to power electronics, microelectronics, or a combination of the two
