Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all aspects of construction project management, including planning, coordinating, budgeting, and evaluating projects.
  • Collaborate closely with architects, engineers, and other construction professionals to ensure project success.
  • Develop project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
  • Manage relationships with clients, stakeholders, and suppliers to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Ensure adherence to all health and safety standards, and compliance with all construction regulations.
  • Coordinate with federal agencies, such as the US Army Corps of Engineers, as required.
  • Prepare and present project progress reports to various stakeholders, including clients and senior management.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 5-7 years of experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry.
  • Extensive experience working with federal government entities and familiarity with their guidelines and regulations.
  • Extensive experience in ground-up construction projects.
  • Excellent project management and team leadership skills.
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, means and methods, and legal requirements.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in project management software and other relevant computer applications.
  • Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or related field is preferred, but not required.
