Job Title: Security Site Supervisor

Brosnan Risk Consultants is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Site Supervisor to join our team. As a Security Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our security team, ensuring that our clients receive exceptional service and that our security protocols are followed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and train security officers on their responsibilities and knowledge of their post assignment
  • Investigate and resolve issues submitted by customers and clients, providing follow-up and reporting as required
  • Ensure officers make timely and accurate reports using our technology, such as Track Tik, Securitime, and EHUB
  • Ensure patrol vehicles are properly maintained, including cleanliness and equipment
  • Ensure officers are following company and client policies and procedures while conducting daily duties
  • Schedule security officers and respond to call-offs and rescheduling of shift assignments
  • Meet with client management for updates and job-related change orders
  • Ensure quality of service and contract compliance by regularly inspecting security guards and their job performance
  • Exercise judgment and discretion in dealing with emergencies and security violations

Requirements:

  • Valid Security Guard License and compliance with area requirements
  • Two years of supervisory experience
  • Flexible schedule, including ability to work overtime and weekends
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Ability to handle crises calmly and efficiently
  • Display exceptional customer service and communication skills
  • Strong critical thinking and organizational skills
