Role Overview:
A Care Coordinator is responsible for overseeing various aspects of client and caregiver interactions, including supervising personal care aides, conducting client assessments, and ensuring quality patient care. This role involves regular communication with staffing coordinators to address scheduling needs and maintain accurate client and employee records, along with other administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct care and supervision to clients
- Initiate services for new clients
- Maintain comprehensive records for clients and staff
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients
- Deliver training sessions as assigned, including BLS/First Aid/CPR
- Participate in management team activities, including recruitment and training of field employees.

Compensation and Benefits:
We offer a competitive pay range starting at $13.00/hr, based on experience. Our benefits include sign-on bonuses, employee referral bonuses, mileage reimbursement, a 401(k) plan, supplemental insurance, paid time off (PTO), and ongoing training opportunities.

- CNA or equivalent caregiving experience
- Ability to work independently and demonstrate sound judgment.
