Job Summary:


We are recruiting for a Pediatric Critical Care Provider to join our neonatal intensive care team at Seattle Children's. As a key member of our team, you will provide critical care to neonates and contribute to the development of individualized treatment plans.


About the Position:


The successful candidate will have a strong background in pediatric critical care and experience working in a Level III NICU. They should also possess certification in NRP and PALS, with licensure in the state of WA. A Master's Degree as a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner or equivalent experience as a Physician Assistant is required.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Deliver high-quality medical services to neonates
  • Collaborate with neonatologists, critical care fellows, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement treatment plans
  • Participate in education, research, and evaluation of clinical practice

Compensation and Benefits:


The compensation range for this position is $145,535 - $214,041 annually, along with a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision plans, 403(b), life insurance, paid time off, and tuition reimbursement.
